Catch of the Day.

Quick hitters.  Busy day and night.

1.  I will be doing a full breakdown most likely over the weekend for those curious or in pools.
2. The enamoring nature of Aroldis Chapman finally getting traded to a winner then delivered a possible DA story that almost hopes he stays on a losing team.
3. Whenever Demarco Murray feels like talking to his owner on a plane about lack of touches, he can just think about how horrible his old team is.
4. And that they might win the division still.
5. Or that the winner of that division MIGHT be 6-10 when all said and done.
6. Or he can just think about Philly’s NBA team.
7. Or think about LeSean in even worse Buffalo weather.
8. Pacers tonight, Celtics, Bucks.  All away.  If a Warriors loss is going to happen, it is one of those three games or it isn’t happening until Christmas Day against the Cavs.
9. Sooner or later, I hope to read the Michael Vick article about him helping animals so I can enjoy a nice and healthy sarcastic smile.
10. I have said it before, and I will say it again.  For those not happy with the CFP setup, I advocate 6 teams.  Power 5 teams plus 1.  Two top teams get byes.
11. BUT, the CFP actually worked FINE this year.
12. It is a travesty that Baker Mayfield is not even INVITED to NY.  Travesty.  Not like they are limited to a number of players to invite.  You have invited four many times, and should have at least got the kid there for the experience.
13. The more I think about the Heisman, the more I get Henry will win it but that ALL of my hope will be with Christian McCaffrey.  Rule #1:  If you break a Barry Sanders record, you should win lots of stuff.  Henry is just solid and consistent.  And being run at ends of games they don’t need him.
14. I won’t tell you about LeBron and his lifetime Nike contract.  I WILL tell you the other two lifetime NBA contracts are Rose and Iverson.  Think about it.  Iverson still has a lifetime contract with Reebok.  My man…
15. We can break it down a million ways, the Broncos rushing game is up because the defense knows they are playing a QB that can move.  Not the whole answer, but a participant.
16. Seems crazy that the Celtics have an 85% chance of making the playoffs right now.  Seems just yesterday we were throwing them under the bus.
17. OU has a VERY good basketball team in case you care.  I am not a believer in Nova as you know long term, but they still are solid…and OU just destroyed them.
18. Weird Michigan State being #1 in the land in hoops this early in season.  We are so used to them sneaking up on us in March.
19. A highlight of my week was Manziel’s return to starterdom was NOT first on the wire.
20. Interesting as we head into December this new PAT rule is going to seriously affect some very important games.
21. The grass is green, the sky is blue, and Djokovic won player of the year in tennis.
22. WVA is undefeated, has the highest scoring offense and one of the best defenses.  So, it will be an interesting game against UVA watching them irritate and slowing down people as they do.  I expect a huge game from Gill tonight.  Time to be the future pro you are.
23. I hear I accomplished much more positive things in life by decorating our Christmas tree than watching that NFL game last night.
24. Good Lord.  I knew he was breaking out finally, but had no clue Andre Drummond was averaging 18 and 17 this year.  Stellar stuff.
25. And Kobe just went below .296 shooting, making the increased prices at road arenas not really fair I think.
26. And in embarrassing predictions and in code in the way you have to know what I am talking about to understand…  Jordan, Jeffery, Madi, Emily Ann.  Maybe Zach with GV, and hope not Braiden.
