The Toronto Blue Jays tonight took on the Tampa Bay Rays at the Rogers Centre in the 3rd game of their three game series. Coming into tonight, they have each one one game.
It was also the earliest date that the roof of the dome has been opened for a game.

- I LOVE playoff baseball. And I hate the one game wildcard playoff SYSTEM, but that doesn’t mean I won’t sit here and WATCH it. Come on. Heck of a game thus far.
- You can debate whether the Vikings are that good or the Giants are that bad. Sure it was a combo of both, but I was intrigued about the first half and how Eli was getting TIME and still missing receivers. The Vikings are solid and have a nice new home. Still in the gray area whether they can go DEEP in the playoffs. They will make them though. And I think Green Bay will make it interesting for the division title by quietly moving to 3-1 this weekend.
- Barry Bonds talked to as many people about being fired as Marlins hitting coach as he talked to during his tenure at hitting coach.
- Sometimes you see executive management go on a team and wonder why. I don’t wonder why with the Diamondbacks. Their moves are a little reaching and nutty over the years.
- So ironic if Johnny Football succeeds in getting that term TM’d and then doesn’t play another snap for the rest of his life.
