Quality win and in five minutes at work reading ESPN and in 20 minutes in car on way home, I got tired of the win being overtaken by the helmet hits. Listen. There were some questionable hits, but he is a running QB and s%^& happens sometimes. I don’t think every hit was GOING for his head. He just moves a lot, so tough to judge. He presently has a headache and I respect him for saying the helmet hits “weren’t the reason they lost.”
Nice win, Broncos. Truly.
Side note: I hate the term “unanswered points” unless it is more than two touchdowns and a field goal minimally.
LINE:

Serena lost and probably had an injury. She is never that slow. Djokovic advances. Here is the deal. Make sure you catch the men’s final no matter if Nishikori or Wawrinka advance (playing right now). Wawrinka has already proven he can win a Slam and Nishikori I already told you is the next Slam winner…soon. Maybe THIS one.
SINKER:

Iman Shumpert got charged with a DUI and possession. That happens all the time to athletes. Not a big story. But two things I find funny. The first I have said a million times. If I make $1 million, I am hiring a personal driver to be at my beck and call. I would pay him $100,000. I would never worry about anything behind the wheel. Second thing is this. It was a RENTAL. When I drive a rental after saying no to all of the insurance charges, I am driving as safe as possible as far away from every car as possible well below the speed limit. Dude got high and jumped in a rental. I think his Kid ‘n Play hairdo is cool. But it becomes FUNNY when he also is an idiot off the court.
THE RIVER:
-My wife just left for a book club where she didn’t finish the book.
-Dammit, Orange. It is on constantly because Lindsey is addictedd, has occasional girl and girl action, but in gray area of caring about what happens.
-I don’t know what Timeline is, but whoever wrote the commercial is a genius.
-My favorite NFL commercial this year thus far is the guy who is told by his wife that he has to take her parents sailing Sunday, he drives to the pier, and then unties all the knots and watches the boat drift away. Awesome.
Daily Reports…
FINANCES: Bryan S. owes me $40. All payouts paid except a couple of rounds for Greg when he is ready (preferably on happy hour…maybe tonight allegedly)
VINCE’S SPANISH: Probably 11% or so. I was expecting a long monologue about the Broncos victory but none came.
STAKEHOLDERS: No new activity. Free money.
SOCIAL MEDIA: 478 Twitter (down AGAIN-WHAT?), 49 Instagram, some people telling me when they are doing laundry most likely on that Facebook site I try and dodge
PRIZES: No additional prizes today.
TIME: Greg, 16 minutes door to door.
DAILY $2 TRIVIA (sorry-Google is too powerful and you can look it up, so the daily prize has to be about…me): Suspended.
WEEKEND SCHEDULE: GTee and then movie on couch, Tour de Fat possibly tomorrow and hanging with my old school buddy for a bit before going to Pancho’s new release band performance.
HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I BECOME TWO CAT MARK: Not enough. Our house is going to be nuts.
