- With this thing about Pete Rose, I admit to saying let bygones be bygones until he admitted he did it as a player too. That is a double whammy. Sorry, Pete. Most purists will know you were one of the best of all time, but you need to see your ceremony from up above most likely now.
- I am glad Dalton might be back for playoffs. I want teams to be at full strength when taking them down.
- Speaking of injuries, I hope from a purist state of mind that Andrew Luck gets healthy and doesn’t play anymore this year, and we see the resurrection of a great career starting fresh next year.
- I stress again reading this blog is voluntary. Very voluntary, and some days you will like it more than others. YOU try writing something every single day. It is tough, but I love it.
- What kind of dumb, shallow apology was that from Mr. Rondo? Does he have consultants, coaches, or mentors? You have just plopped yourself on my newly invigorated, rejuvenated RANT SQUAD. I need to jot this list somewhere. I keep forgetting who is on the new one. Manziel, Rondo, Aldon Smith, Ray McDonald, Okafor…others.
- You should do the quick and dirty refresher for Star Wars before this weekend. Watch the Family Guy versions. One hour and 30 minutes, more laughter, and you can then get your life back.
- IF you know the movies very, very well, you will fall off the couch with laughter a couple times watching those.
- I hope whatever issues Ryan Mallett is fighting first with the Texans and now with the Ravens, he fixes them. Dude has a GUN as an arm and needs to be tossing the pigskin to SOMEONE.
