The Picks.

Worse places to be on an October Friday:

Concluding an evening in Glenwood Springs and heading to Aspen for a few days.  Much more to come.  My college picks in the meantime.

Syracuse +7 at home vs. Pittsburgh:  I think these are both bad teams, but somehow Pittsburgh has gotten more pub.  Cuse cover at home.

Baylor -36 at home vs. Iowa State:  Don’t be a believer.  Baylor likes covering big spreads against inferior teams.

Louisville -7 at home vs. Boston College:  I don’t understand this spread fully.

Penn State -6 at Maryland:  The their Jeckyl and Hyde marathon, the good team comes out today.

Arizona -6 at home vs. Washington State:  Remember when we all knew Zona was good?  Those days aren’t THAT far gone.

Georgia Tech +6 at home vs. FSU:  Any DAY now Georgia Tech will look like what we thought they would look like preseason.

Kentucky +12 at Miss. State:  Kentucky will lose, but I think they play them tough.

Utah +3.5 at USC:  Ride the horse that got you there, and I believe I have already said I think Utah at least makes it to the Pac 12 Championship.  And THEN maybe they lose.
