What a crazy game. Pens go up 3-0. Then, a meltdown. Then, four straight penalties, including TWO delay of games, with TWO 5 on 3’s with only a tying goal scored (didn’t check those stats-I just remember those things while watching it live). Did everything they could to give the game FULLY away. Then, OT with the team that came BACK from the deficit LOSING. Pens are taking this thing…as long as they don’t do that mental breakdown again.
Oh, and a Game 7 tonight in the other conference.
Oh, and another Game 7 tomorrow night. Wow.
-Caps might have a nice future, but Ovechkin will be a year older next year, so that doesn’t make HIM feel better.
-Sticking with my guns before the series that the Pens-Caps winner takes the Cup.
-Sid needs one more I think and will get one.

I feel you, LeBron. MVP has many definitions, and your 25/7/7 line is pretty amazing also. And, the Warriors would be pretty darn good without Curry, although he makes them special. With the Cavs, they would be definitely different. All that being said, I don’t think LeBron needs to chirp in. I could make an argument that Shaq deserved the MVP for about 8 years straight if we are talking about how a team would be without a player or whatever other definition you are alluding to.
-Win or lose this next game OR the series, can we just respect that Wade is still in the playoffs without Bosh or another major weapon on that squad? Don’t tell me Deng or Dragic are pure weapons. And glad you are showing some postseason ZIP, Joe Johnson (12 ppg).

Donnovan Hill died at age 18 after being the Pop Warner kid who redefined safety in football after getting paralyzed at age 13. Thoughts and prayers to his family. Sad story all around.
THE RIVER:
-Oh, Bryce. He got suspended for a game for his ump shenanigans. This means to the non-baseball fan base, you are again unlikable for another 6 months or so. I like you.
-I think it is funny that Arrieta comments on the Strasburg deal about no hometown discount when he signs, but not sure it is the time when your team is on a ridiculous win rate about now to start the season.
