- We are not questioning the Durant addition, your touch, or your slow start (did last year too), Klay Thompson. I guess what we are saying is that when you lose to the Lakers, we notice your 19.6% a little…more.
- 2017 basketball recruit Troy Brown chose Oregon today. Oregon has quietly built a HECK of a pipeline over the next few years. And they will be very good THIS year.
- Sure, the Tribe didn’t offer “qualifying” offers to Napoli and Davis, but I am betting they end up staying there.
- I personally don’t know a lot about MGC Sports, but will pay attention now that Darius Rucker is aboard as a partner. You just get the feeling Rucker will just become more famous. Knows sports, and is very smart from what I hear.
- The Rockies don’t need a big name hire, and there aren’t a lot out there. So, I guess Bud Black will do. He has one manager of the year award (2010), so he has tasted a little success.
- Did you SEE Dez Bryant just simply jogging down the field during a play? You need to come back from injury HUNGRY, bro.
- Sign of a locker room problem. The Pelicans are 0-6 and STILL cut Lance Stephenson. Dude is an idiot, and if he carried something more than a 11.11 PER, maybe he WOULD be kept by someone. To give you an idea of what that means, the 50th ranked player in the NBA this year has a 20.32 PER.
- So, now players who knelt before during the anthem are standing? Did I miss something in the news?
- Shame about Ole Miss QB Chip Kelly’s college career ending, but with his family genes and his college stats, he will go somewhere next level.
- They have to make a PI penalty in the NFL 15 yards at SOME point. Drives me nuts how they advance the ball to the spot of the foul.
- I agree with everyone else who has said it. The NFL is better off with the Raiders and Cowboys being good again.
- The Broncos had that statement run down their GUT last night. Wow.
- No sign of Intern Doug. Might have to start doing my own editing starting tomorrow. None tonight.
- Is pheumococcal pneumonia a NEW disease? I feel like I have heard about it more on TV in the last two months than in my whole life.
- I find it a little unsettling that Frank Gore is 9th all time in rushing. Just doesn’t feel like he should be top ten in numbers.
- My mustache hit an obstacle. Not used to shaving like that. Might have curbed it a little on one side. Off center unless that area grows FAST. I will just make sure I keep moving my head at work.
- I am waiting it out on which new phone I will get. Might just stick with the Droid Turbo. Love it charging up full in 20 minutes sometimes.
- Seriously, maybe there IS something wrong with the Packers. I keep being wrong about them weekly and have been expecting them to wake up…any day now.
- The cross country trip along with the crowd and McCoy’s subpar health help me make my decision about tonight’s game. I like Seattle 22-16.
- Kind of cool that they brought the fish guys out pregame, and Randy’s one hander was NICE. Been to Seattle once to hang out. VERY much look forward to my second time soon.
