Catch of the Day. UALR.

Quick one today.  I wrote a lot yesterday.

HOOK:

“NFL.”

-First of all, the best part of Monday is reading Peter King’s MMQB.  Know this, partake in this, and enjoy this.  http://mmqb.si.com/mmqb/2015/12/14/andy-dalton-thumb-injury-panthers-perfect-week-14-nfl

-Scary how some records line up overall when seeing who is tracking for something special.  You are right, Larry Fitzgerald.  Jerry Rice’s record is pretty freaking stellar.

-It is just one fall, he is a college kid, and he still is a athletic freak of nature.  Here is hoping the hotel falling/ marijuana ends up being a small forgettable blip on the Robert Nkemdiche radar when we discuss him years from now.  Sound like one hell of a solitary party.

-In case you were ready to write off the Pats, they reminded you last night that they are still pretty good.  Thinking bum hand for Watt or not, that the game would have been about the same.

-People in Cincy are watching the injury status of Andy Dalton very carefully today.  Think about it if they have this HUGE division lead and everyone wants to play them in the first round of the playoffs, whether that is after a bye week or before.  I know I want to play them.  Kind of like the opposite of the Chiefs and Steelers, who NO one wants any part of.

-If you have figured out who the bipolar Giants and Dolphins are, you know more than me.  Let me flip a coin…Giants win by a touchdown.

LINE:

“Trojans.”

Arkansas-Little Rock just beat Depaul by 22 points.  Depaul is not that good, but still a larger, more mainstream school.  22 points.  Undefeated and with road wins at Tulsa and at San Diego State, I believe it IS time to rank them.  Picked this up in a Katz article, mind you.

SINKER:

“Showdown.”

Ok.  We are finally at the week.  Feel free to reach out feeling scared and unsure of next Sunday, Broncos fans.  I am also a hug guy, so all good.  The Steelers are hot, the game is in Pittsburgh, Denver is coming off a loss, and playoff positioning depends on it.  The Steelers do not control their own destiny, so they have to win every game until told otherwise.  The Broncos have the Bengals and Chargers after next week, so they would be looking out of sight if they can win this week at Heinz.  Good luck, folks.  Not happening.

I don’t care who wins overall as long as it is Jeffery or Jordan.

That’s it for today.  Will I blog tomorrow?  That is a CLOWN question, bro.  Peace.
