Helter Skelter/ clear the list day…one sentence per hook style.

  1.  Michael Bennett can call anyone he wants “average” as this is a free country, but Todd Gurley is averaging over 4.8 yards per carry this year, and that is not average for a running back, let alone a rookie RB.
  2. I am tantalized by the moves the Browns make in the front office, in trades, and in the draft, as I marvel at how they just stay continuously…bad.
  3. On Manziel’s latest video, we are officially at the point where we say “oh, that one was not as bad as the others.”
  4. Has Pettine talked to Manziel yet, or is the story still “Pettine to discuss video with Manziel?”
  5. Anyone else think, true or not, it is weird that of the two hockey players involved in possible sexual scandal, they are both named Kane?

  7. I have officially started listing my official Rant Squad members for 2016, and they will be released in the coming days.
  8. Eric Bledsoe is done for the season, there is turmoil in the locker room, and they just seem to catch a break on any front as they toil in the average zone with us not knowing if they are built to win, rebuilding, etc.
  9. Root for the Sooners for Baker, but if you want to see an interview of a Sooner that doesn’t “get it,” read the Joe Mixon interview from the other day.
  10. This OU hype video is pretty freaking awesome, and count me in for being one to download the song for working out.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EzFVCodQdJk&feature=youtu.be
  11. I am in the afternoon that happens every few months where I wonder if an oil change to Eleanor, my Cherokee, is ten times the $40 oil change price because of major problems.
  12. You dig your own grave when asking for power, and not only did Chip Kelly lead a bipolar team for a couple years in a weak division, but he leaves it as a mess that I am not sure I would want to take on if I am looking for an NFL job.
  13. The Baylor-UNC game was just…crazy.
  14. The Jaguars SHOULD keep Gus Bradley, as you feel like that team has young potential and is on the right track.
  15. Russell, I will believe that you aren’t going to argue with the refs on techs WHEN I see it.
  16. Kind of a shame the non military school waxed the military school in the “Armed Forces Bowl.”
  17. In big news, Texas just overtook Notre Dame as the most valuable school, whatever that is, and at least one of those teams is living up to possibly a “perennial power.”
  18. I DO miss some things, because my TV is always just on 206 at home when I am doing other things.
  19. Anyone want an AMC coupon as I can’t even locate an AMC theater close to downtown Denver?
  20. When they say the attackers took Cleanthony Early’s gold caps on his teeth, do they just pull off without pain or was my cringing merited?
  21. Don’t be alarmed by Michigan State being beat by Iowa, although it was a substantial loss points wise, as we knew it would be a revolving door at #1 before the season began.
  22. That being said, OU and KU have some tough games coming up, and UVA’s schedule lends it to it being unbeaten for quite a stretch.
  23. Think Fournette’s performance doesn’t give the present NFL draft rule another look?  Men among boys…
  24. Yes, Clemson suspended three backup players yes, but they will need everything and a bag of chips to match the overall balance of the Sooners…not looking too good.
  25. Interesting decision for scuba diving certification (before honeymoon in Belize) to have to miss Super Bowl weekend or Final Four weekend.  With my teams as they presently are in the standings, guess which one I chose?
  26. Got the call back from the garage WHILE writing this…expensive, VERY expensive oil change.  I need a new car.
  27. That’s it.  Hope you enjoyed or are at least more informed.  Will I blog tomorrow?  That is a CLOWN question, bro.  Peace.
