As in magic, at least temporarily.  Depending on what poll you read, Auburn was dangerous this year and started in most top 5’s.  Considering they have BEEN the surprise team two of the last 5 or so years, it is ironic that they got OVERRATED this year.  That is not what I am surprised about though.  LSU is a damn good team to lose to.  What I am surprised about is the quick change at QB.  Sean White can be whatever in practice, but Jeremy Johnson was a possible Heisman contender preseason.  I personally think you are pulling the plug WAY too quickly on this one.

LINE:

“Confused.”

Lack of big guys or not on a certain team or in the NBA in general, I am confused by this Tristan Thompson situation.  How someone and his team can be SO far apart on requested salary when he averaged 8 and 8, and had a PER of less than 16 is beyond me.  You are important, Tristan, but let’s not get carried away here.

SINKER:

Do I go with Drew Brees being injured and possibly missing a game in the last 25 years at New Orleans?

Do I go with Dallas, where a day after they lose Tony Romo, word is that Witten might be out too?

Do I go with the Colts, who look absolutely befuddled after playing probably two of the better defenses in the league?

Nope.  I go with TCU assaults.  I remember drinking Keystone Light.  I don’t remember ever possibly throwing away a football career because you wanted a case of it THAT BAD.  TCU lads beat up on a dude to take his case of Keystone.  Sad, sad, sad.
