Catch of the Day.

Quick on today.

THE FOUR (assuming the Colts beat the Jets tonight)

Crazy start to the NFL season and we are still trying to figure out some teams.  There are four teams at 0-2 that you wouldn’t have been crazy to put on your Super Bowl list before the season began.  It is still VERY early in the season, and no one is jumping off of bridges, but one of them MIGHT have to start panicking, as the schedule does them no favors.

SAINTS:  OK.  Well, they probably weren’t on your Super Bowl list, but we didn’t expect them to be this bad either.  At the Panthers won’t be easy, but winnable.  Playing the Cowboys with no Romo will allow them a chance to get back on track.

EAGLES:  They look horrible and out of sync.  They look listless.  They have talent though, and games at the Jets and Redskins aren’t easy, but it could be a lot worse.

SEAHAWKS:  They have the mentality and experience to recover.  No worries except that they seem to have forgotten they have Jimmy Graham on their team.  Home games against the Lions and Bears will not having them say “Oh my.”

RAVENS:  Problem on this one.  The AFC North was tabbed in the preseason as one of the tougher ones to win, and digging yourself a hole is not a good start.  The Bengals come to town and that is a TOUGH home game with the way they are playing.  Going TO Pittsburgh the week after is bad timing for the Ravens.  Can you imagine a Ravens-Steelers rivalry game where one can put the other at 0-4?

That’s it for today.  Peace.
